Theodore J. Davies, Managing Partner, joined Reicon Capital, LLC from FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc., where he was responsible for originating and executing public and private high-yield debt transactions. Prior to joining FleetBoston, Mr. Davies was with Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch focusing on the execution of public and private high-yield transactions. Mr. Davies earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University. Mr. Davies was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy prior to attending business school.

Reid T. Funston, Managing Partner, joined Reicon Capital, LLC from FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc., where he worked in High Yield and Leveraged Finance. Previously, he was with Banc of America Securities in Leveraged Finance, and SunTrust Banks/Trusco Capital Management as a Portfolio Manager. Mr. Funston currently serves as Chair of the Board of Regents of Sewanee: The University of the South, and is Past Chair of the Investment Committee. He is also Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Pace Academy in Atlanta and Past Chair of the Finance Committee. Mr. Funston earned an MBA with a Specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Economics, Cum Laude with Honors, from Sewanee: The University of the South.

Stephanie B. Douglass, Managing Director, is responsible for the alternative investments portfolio with a focus on private equity, credit and real estate investments. Ms. Douglass joined Reicon Capital, LLC from Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd. where she was an associate with the leveraged buyout group. Previously, Ms. Douglass was an analyst with FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc. Ms. Douglass received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management. Ms. Douglass is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Dale R. Baumann, Chief Financial Officer, joined Reicon Capital, LLC from Windham Brannon, P.C., where he headed up their individual tax practice. Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Mr. Baumann was a tax partner with KPMG Peat Marwick in their personal financial planning practice. Mr. Baumann earned his JD in Law and BS in Accounting from the University of Florida. Mr. Baumann is a CPA in Georgia.
